You might have seen the movie, “Avengers: Endgame” at least once, and if you have not, I highly recommend you to watch this movie. Whether you are a fan or not, you might have come across this film through surfing the internet, social media, or an advertisement on television.

Last year, 2019, the movie was released. The story of the film revolves around what happened after Thanos, an intergalactic warlord, disintegrates half of the universe for he believed that it was the only way to have a better life.

With this, the Avengers are supposed to reunite and stop Thanos in his plan to cut the universe in half.

As we all know, each superhero character in the said movie series is powerful. They all possess a different superpower, however, no matter how they try, they can’t seem to defeat Thanos. The Avengers members I’m talking about are Tony Stark/Ironman, Steve Rogers/Captain America, Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, Bruce Banner/Hulk Thor, Clint Barton/Hawkeye/Ronin, Nebula, and Scott Lang/Ant-Man.

Because they worked together and used their own skillsets they were able to come up with a plan to beat Thanos. There might be someone you know who also has a critical thinking talent, he/she is the best person to talk to when you don’t know how to solve problems at work.

In the movie, Stark and Banner worked together to complete the machine that will help them with their plan.

After several tries, they were able to successfully build it. Everyone went to their designated time travel as planned, to attempt to collect the infinity stones to fight Thanos again in the present. Everyone exerted effort and risked their lives to do it as not only one powerful being can do the task. They had to do it all together. And that’s how they were able to beat Thanos and brought back their loved ones to life.

Just like in real life, everyone in a certain cluster will have their own role and responsibility. A project can be accomplished with better results when there is more than one head working together.

So what does this movie tell us? Just like them, who already possess a superpower, we may already have great skills but we also have weaknesses. And that is why working with a team is better. The same goes for managing a business, you need to use your time on more important matters rather than working on things that you can delegate.
